Been feeling easily tired and less energetic so decided to try out this newly opened TCM in Bandar Puteri Puchong. Overall I had a wonderful experience at Qi and Acupuncture Puchong TCM Clinic. The clinic is clean, calm, and welcoming, which immediately put me at ease. The TCM practitioner in charge was very professional and took time to listen carefully to my concerns, explained my tongue diagnosis and the treatment process clearly, and made sure I was comfortable throughout. For my first session I received herbal sauna, which, I noticed some notable improvements in my subsequent tongue diagnosis. Herbal remedies felt thoughtfully prescribed for my needs. Plus point was the herbal tea bags prescribed were not bitter and I felt easier to adhere to the treatment. I had a very bad dry cough for almost two weeks. I even bought some Chinese medicine myself, but it didn’t help. Then I found this Chinese medicine clinic — the doctor prescribed the right remedy based on my symptoms. I saw improvement on the very first day, and I no longer woke up coughing in the middle of the night. After taking it for seven days straight, I fully recovered. I saw this on Facebook. Initially, I wanted to improve my neck pain, but after acupuncture from Dr. Zhang and drinking herbal tea to regulate my body, the pain has lessened. I'm still drinking herbal tea to regulate my body (regarding menstruation and night sweats)! Assistant Ye is also very humorous; she always makes me happy when I go home 😘

My sister recommended Dr. Zhang's acupuncture treatment, and my lower back and legs feel much better now; lying down is much easier (I had a fall before and didn't get treatment, so it was painful). Next time I'm in KL, I'll come back if I don't feel better!
